Usage Recommendation:

Shake well before use. Place 1-5 drops (2 drops are perfectly sufficient) on the tongue in the morning, before eating, drinking, or brushing your teeth. Wait at least 2 minutes before speaking or exhaling through the mouth. Avoid eating or drinking for the next 20 minutes.

I recommend using Tonic Gold regularly, but not continuously.
